Our Wound Care Program provides a multidisciplinary approach to wound healing and restoration while preventing Infection. An individualized program is developed by the wound care team based on the patient need and recovery goal. The WCP is coordinated by a Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (WOCN), which enables us to provide an advanced utilization of products and services available to promote healing to individuals with acute or chronic wounds.
