Kerry Halcomb, PT
Kerry Halcomb, PT, is the owner of KC’s Home Health Care. He is a 1995 graduate of Langston University in Oklahoma, with a B.S. in Physical Therapy. Kerry is very passionate about healthcare, which has been instrumental in KC’s success and outstanding reputation for patient care and outcomes. Kerry has successfully led the company through significant periods of growth and continues to expand the KC’s footprint through expanded services. Under his team-centered, servant leadership model, KC’s has been recognized for outstanding outcomes and chosen to partner with Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs).
In addition to his strategic leadership of KC’s, Kerry serves on many healthcare boards, including the Arizona Association for Home Health and the Area Agency of Aging.
Jill D. Heinrich, RN, BSN
Ms. Heinrich is the Regional Director of KC’s Home Health Care in Phoenix. Ms. Heinrich has over 28 years of nursing experience and has successfully held clinical and supervisory positions. Ms. Heinrich’s background spans a variety of healthcare settings ranging from community hospitals and medical centers to physician’s offices. Ms. Heinrich has been in Home Health since 1994 and has held positions as RN Case Manager, Office Coordinator, Home Health Clinical Supervisor/Manager and Administrator. In her current role, she provides leadership in an ever-changing field. Ms. Heinrich has been on the board of the Arizona Association for Homecare for over five years, including the position of President in 2013. Ms. Heinrich has her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California.
Lori Helton, RN
Lori is new to the Valley, having moved to the Phoenix area in 2014. Lori has 20 years of experience in nursing, and has worked in many areas of health care including hospitals, behavioral health, dialysis and physician’s offices. Lori began working in the Home Health Arena in 2005 as an RN Case Manager. She has worked with both small startups and very large hospital-based home care agencies. Her many roles have included Intake, Scheduling, Clinical Manager and Director of Nursing. She is currently the Administrator for the Central and East Regions at KC’s Home Health Care. Lori brings her knowledge and experience in the home care industry to form lasting relationships with KC’s staff and partners. Her goal is to create seamless transitions across all healthcare settings and provide the highest quality patient care.
Ms. Collins is the Clinical Manager for KC’s Home Health Care in Phoenix. Ms. Collins graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Phoenix, Arizona. Ms. Collins has held positions as a Field Clinician in the Home Health Care field and has enjoyed the ability to provide Compassionate Care to patients within this health care setting. Previous to entering the Health Care field, Heather worked many years as a Commercial Lines CSR for Insurance Companies in South Carolina and Oklahoma, a role which provided her leadership experience and the ability to thrive in an ever changing work environment. Ms. Collins took a leap to realize her dream of becoming a nurse and left a career in the Insurance industry to pursue a career in Nursing, and has been extremely happy and successful with this decision. Within her current role as Clinical Manager, Ms. Collins brings experience and enthusiasm for the Home Health Care field.
